Check out this 500-square foot home that the Rice Building Workshop (Rice students and faculty) built. Yes, the adjustable footing/foundation system is cool. Yes, the fact that it cost just $25,000 is amazing. But what we're really fixated on is that interior wall...
The project description says, The core of the house is wrapped in polygal (which distributes light from the center of the house) and its placement divides the building envelope into "large" and "small" rooms that may be furnished in a variety of ways.
(It reminds us a bit of the translucent closet in Victor & Soeun's Romantic Loft.)
