Paint the Medicine Cabinet

Maxwell has already challenged you with a medicine cabinet clean out so once it's all spic and span we say why not paint the back wall of it for an unexpected pop of color in the bathroom:

The image up top is of Martha Stewart Faux Bois Wallpaper lining the back of a cabinet, but in the bathroom you'll be better off with paint so that it won't start to peel and can be painted over when it's time to move.

We were originally inspired by the top photo to paint our kitchen cabinets a light shade of pink. We just taped off the back and the whole thing took less than 2 hours to tape, paint 2 coats, remove paint and put dishes back. We were so happy every time we opened up the cupboard, the color helped us keep the cabinet clean and orderly because we didn't want to spoil the display effect. Now that it's bathroom month, we realize that a bright orange or pink would be so unexpected as you open the medicine cabinet that it might be the added motivation for keeping things tidy.

After we had lived with the pink for a while we had considered switching to a nice soothing blue (as featured in Martha's Collection for Macy's:

Has anyone already done this and want to share a photo?
