Giving Good Face: Masks As Wall Art

Giving Good Face: Masks As Wall Art

These masks used to be in my little sister's room when she was a baby. Now that she is older, my mom has repurposed them as a wall art display in the hallway. It's a colorful and fun way to add some interesting art to an otherwise somewhat lackluster space (hallway).

Whether it's a collection of masks brought home from your travels or a fun addition to a child's room, masks are a departure from the typical wall artwork, adding a playful touch full of texture and interest. I'm personally a huge fun of the Chewbacca mask as a bedside sconce in photo 5, talk about an original idea!
